A GAELIC PRAYER

As the rain hides the stars,

As the Autumn mist hides the hills,

As the clouds veil the blue of the sky,

So the dark happenings of my lotHide the shining of thy face from me.

Yet, if I may hold thy hand in the darkness,It is enough.

Since I know, that though I may stumble in my goingThou dost not fall.

從久遠的年代，聽衷心之禱祈。世代各不一樣，所發出的昐望之聲如出一轍。從淡淡的憂愁中，知道柳暗花明。

虛心實腹

道德經說聖人要「虛心實腹」
這不是說人要吃得肚滿腸肥。
虛心者，不以人為的繁雜概念為生活之根基也
實腹者，涉及內在精神之練養。
人常常在日常的生活中忘記自己的實在，
我們需要一次又一次地回到練養之地
它在那裏？
養生之學告訴我們，它在我們的下丹田處
歷代養煉家對下丹田所在之處人言人殊，
我認為該處相應於柏拉圖所言Eros
Eros，人生之精華也。
生命由此而出，它看似身處更低位置，
實際上是人存有之基礎
我不看輕Eros在造化秩序中的重要性
